Pay in rupees for what you actually use

Every one of the 46 tools works without an account. Free removes nothing an occasional user needs; Pro removes the daily caps for ₹249 a month. Credits top up specific jobs when a plan's limit runs out for the month — they never unlock a feature the plan doesn't already include.

Anyone can use UtilityHub. Only Indian payment methods can pay for it.
Every tool — including the server-side ones — works the same wherever you are, on Guest and Free. Paying for Pro or buying a credit pack needs an Indian payment method (UPI, an Indian debit/credit card, net banking or a wallet) because Razorpay, our payment processor, doesn't support international cards yet. We're saying that here, up front, rather than letting it surprise anyone at checkout.

Three ways in, one set of tools

All 46 tools are available on every tier. A tier changes how much server processing you get in a day and how long your files stick around — never which tools you're allowed to open.

Every price below includes 18% GST. No fees are added at checkout.

Every limit, in one table

The same facts as the cards above, in full. Nothing here is rounded or approximated — it's the same table the product's own quota checks are written against.

Credits

Credits pay for more work. They never unlock a feature.

A credit pack raises how much you can do this month on the plan you're already on. It cannot buy something your plan doesn't include — that distinction is enforced by a database constraint, not just this sentence.

What you'll see: work credits pay forFree — this one runs on your device3 credits128 now · 125 after

Converting a scan's pages runs locally and costs nothing. Converting a PDF to an editable Word file is server work, priced before you click — never after.

What you'll see: a Pro-only feature
This needs Pro
Dynamic QR codes are a Pro feature. A Free account holding 2,000 credits still can't create one — an upgrade unlocks it, credits can't.

This message appears no matter how large the credit balance is, because the two systems check different things: one checks what your plan includes, the other checks what you have left to spend.

  • Credits never expire.
  • Granted credits (from a plan or a promotion) are always spent before purchased ones.
  • When a quota runs out mid-month, credits are consumed automatically — with a notification, never silently.

Questions

Pricing, credits and cancelling — the direct answers

No. Credits pay for more of what your plan already allows — an extra media job once today's are used, another PDF-to-Word conversion — never a feature your plan doesn't include. Try a Pro-only action like a dynamic QR code on Free and you'll get a message naming the plan that includes it, not a credit charge. The system calls this PLAN_REQUIRED, a different response from running out of credits, and it shows up however many credits you're holding.

You go back to Free automatically, with the same account and the same history. There was never a card on file, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

Yes — every tool, including the server ones, works the same for everyone on Guest and Free. Paying for Pro or a credit pack needs an Indian payment method, because Razorpay is the only payment processor UtilityHub supports today. That's disclosed here, not at checkout.

Two clicks in Billing, with no retention screen in between. The confirmation states the exact date your access ends — a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.

We retry three times over seven days, with a notice before each attempt, and your access stays exactly as it is throughout. Only after the final retry fails do you move to Free — you're never suspended or locked out of files you already have.

No, credits never expire. If you're granted some (a promotion, a plan allowance) alongside credits you bought, the granted ones are used first.

Yes — every price on this page already includes 18% GST, and nothing is added at checkout. Pro accounts can add a GSTIN in Billing and get a proper GST invoice.

Dynamic codes keep redirecting for 90 days after a subscription lapses — a code on a flyer or a shop board can't be recalled, so it doesn't just stop working. After that window, the code shows a plain page explaining it's inactive, never a broken link. You can always export a code as static beforehand.
