How to image to PDF

Have a set of photos, say every page of a handwritten assignment or both sides of an ID card, that need to go in as one document? Add the images and they become a single PDF, one image per page. Phone photos taken sideways are turned upright automatically, and you can choose standard A4 pages for printing.

  1. Add your images (JPG or PNG) in the order you want the pages.
  2. Choose A4 or fit-to-image pages, a margin, and auto-orient.
  3. Press Create PDF and download one combined file.

Runs in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Why use this tool

Colleges, offices and online forms usually accept one PDF per document, not a stack of photos. Combining images here saves uploading them one by one, and the person reading them gets the pages in the right order.

A4 pages give you a document that prints properly, with each photo scaled to fit. Fit-to-image keeps every page the exact shape of its photo, which suits screenshots and receipts better.

Photos of identity documents are sensitive. This converter never uploads them: the PDF is assembled in your browser, on your own phone or laptop.

Questions people ask

Which image types does it accept?

JPG and PNG. For iPhone HEIC photos, convert them with HEIC to JPG first, then add the JPGs here.

Can I change the order of the pages?

Pages follow the order you add the images. To change it afterwards, open the PDF in Reorder PDF pages and drag them into place.

Will the photos look blurry?

No. The images are placed into the PDF as they are, without re-compressing, so they keep their original sharpness.

Is it free, and do I need to sign up?

It is free and needs no account. The whole conversion runs in your browser, so you download the PDF straight away.

The PDF is too big for the upload form. What now?

Use the PDF resizer and choose a target such as 200 KB or 500 KB. It compresses the photos inside the PDF until the file fits, and tells you if it cannot get that small.
